Server Rules 1. (1) We are here to have fun. (2) Playful “Ball Busting” is encouraged. (3) Personal attacks on members will not be tolerated. (4) Paying must be 18 years old , or sponsored by a parent to join DBH. (5) One membership = one household, for paying members and will include all players and connections in said household. (6) Cheating of any kind will not be tolerated. Clan Dues 2. (1) Monthly dues will be set by the clan, and must cover server costs. (2) Dues must be paid on or before the first day of each month. (3) Dues payments must be made to the clan Treasurer. (4) Members must be CURRENT on dues to call a meeting or vote in a meeting. Meeting and/or Voting 3. (1) Any member may call a meeting. (2) All members must be notified seven days prior to a meeting and/or a vote. (3) [a] Members who are unable to attend a vote may vote by proxy. [b] Name of proxy must be provided to Admin. prior to a vote. [c] Members who are unable to attend a vote may vote in DBH Forums within seven days of the meeting. (4) Sixty percent of the clan membership must attend a vote for results to be binding. (5) Each household has one vote. (6) All votes will be decided by majority vote. (7) Fifty one percent of votes counted constitues a majority. Elections 4. (1) Election of clan officers will take place within seven days of an office becoming vacant. (2) Any member may nominate their choice for clan offices. (3) Clan offices can only be vacated voluntarily; unless a clan officer is found to be derelict in their Duties. Proposed Amendment as of 2/4/08' 1B.) We will offer free tags to any player over 14 who wants to join, without paying dues. 2B.) Free tags do not come with Rcon rights. 3B. Free tags do not come with access to the voting booth. 4B. Free tags do not come with a vote in clan meetings. 5. Anyone over 18 who chooses to pay MONTHLY dues will have Rcon rights, and voting ability. |

General Admin: ( CO ) The General Admin is the Commanding Officer at DBH. The General Admin is charged with maintaining playability and security on clan game servers. The General Admin will lead DBH in battle. The General Admin will have full access to the DBH web server. The General Admin will have full access to all DBH game servers. The General Admin will have Rcon (remote console ). The General Admin is: General OU812 Clan Treasurer: ( CFO ) The Clan treasurer is Chief Financial Officer at DBH. The Clan treasurer is second in command at DBH. The Clan treasurer is charged with conducting all business transactions required by DBH. The Clan treasurer is bound by contract to the DBH web hosting provider. The Clan treasurer is responsible for all procurement of all materials required by DBH. The Clan treasurer is responsible for all dispersals of prizes. The Clan treasurer will be responsible to collect all DBH clan dues. The Clan Treasurer will be accountable for DBH Clan dues and expenses. The Clan treasurer will provide a full accounting of clan transactions ,upon request to any member. The Clan Treasurer will have full access to the DBH web server. The Clan Treasurer will have full access to all DBH game servers The Clan Treasurer will have Rcon (remote console). The Clan Treasurer is: Rackits WebMaster: ( CIO ) The WebMaster is Chief Information Officer at DBH. The Chief Information Officer is third in command at DBH. The Chief Information Officer is charged with maintaining all communication required by DBH. The Chief Information Officer will maintain the DBH web site. The Chief Information Officer will have full access to the DBH web server. The WebMaster will have full access to DBH game servers. The Chief Information Officer will have Rcon (remote console). The Chief Information Officer is: Tony Soprano EMAIL New Offices New clan offices will be created as required by DBH. Articles three and four of DBH By-Laws will be applied in creation of new clan offices. |
